Sync to BPS PTA Calendar

Did you know that you can easily add the BPS PTA calendar events to your iCal (iPhones, Mac and Outlook calendars) and Google Calendars?

  1. Go to bpspta.digitalpto.com from your phone, tablet, or computer.  Use your phone or tablet to add the calendar to your device.
  2. Click Calendar.  For mobile versions, click the Menu button on the right (three horizontal lines) to see the option for Calendar.
  3. Go to the bottom of the calendar.
  4. Click the Subscribe button (bottom right).
  5. Select the appropriate calendar (for iPhone calendars, choose “Add to Apple Calendar”).
  6. Follow the instructions in the dialog box.

Once you subscribe to the calendar, all new calendar events will automatically be added to your iCal or Google calendar as they are added to the website.

Join the PTA for 2019-2020

Please Join the Brookside Place School PTA for 2019 – 2020!

The BPS PTA is a non-profit organization made up of teachers, staff, and parents. The PTA subsidizes class trips, assemblies, teacher grants, school events such as the Olympics, Fall Festival, holiday boutique, and so much more! The BPS PTA would not be possible without your continued support and generosity.

The cost to join the BPS PTA is $10.00 per member.

You can find out how to join the PTA by clicking How To Join The BPS PTA.  Fill out the attached form, Membership Registration 2019-2020 and return to school with a check made out to BPS PTA.  You can also visit https://bps700-pta.memberhub.com/ to sign up and pay online by credit card.

Scholastic Book Fair

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held on Back To School Night, Thursday, September 19th – September 20th.  Please see class schedule below.

If your child will be shopping for books with their class, please send in an envelope with their name, class and $dollar amount they have written on the outside of the envelope.  Parent volunteers and classroom teachers will help guide the children into what books they can get.

We are also in need of parent volunteers.  We need some parents to help set-up the book fair, help the children shop and help with packing the book fair up at the conclusion.  You can sign up by going to https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c4eaaaa23aaf58-bpsscholastic4
